![]() If you’re a soon-to-be college kid, or if you’re ever around one, I can’t recommend Insomnia Cookies enough. Insomnia Cookies is everything a college student (or anyone, really) could want and more, and my only complaint is that there isn’t a location closer to home. It was perfectly warm and gooey due to the melting chocolate chips, with a nice top layer holding everything together. The brownie came in a small box, which was a nice touch, and was the perfect size for one person. In Bowling Green, I opted for the chocolate chip brownie. It was fairly well-sized and very melty and warm, not to mention soft and delicious. In Lansing, I chose to get their double chocolate chunk cookie. Cookies are available in bulk sizes, so if you’re willing to cough up $295 for 300 cookies, go right ahead.Īfter going to two locations, one in Lansing and the other in Bowling Green, I can safely say that Insomnia Cookies is a place anyone and everyone needs to go to. ![]() They also offer “cookie sandwiches”, ice cream, and special deals. Your cookie choices are displayed right in plain sight, with options for just about everybody they even have vegan and gluten free cookies. Who wouldn’t want warm, gooey cookies brought straight to you?Īll locations keep the same theme with a dark purple color scheme and a welcoming interior, this “cookie parlor” smells better than anything you’ve encountered before. In fact, if you’re feeling lazy and don’t want to leave home for cookies, you can get them delivered right to your door. With locations in Lansing (MSU), Ann Arbor (U of M), and more, Insomnia Cookies satisfies the “midnight/3 AM snack” type of people – and yes, they are open that late. Is it worth losing a customer (and possibly more) for $7.50? Wow! I will be sure to let everyone know about your unreliable delivery service and your rude and dishonest customer service.Nearly everyone loves cookies, and isn’t it always better to have something sweet to eat while doing school work? Insomnia Cookies thrives through this idea, and it’s no surprise that their locations are in college areas. ![]() These deliveries were not time sensitive so I have no idea whether or not they were delivered on time. Why was I shorted $7.50? I had previously ordered cookies to be delivered to my sons at college in different cities. I was charged $30.69 on and was refunded $23.19 on. I finally got a refund on and it was not for the full amount. I called 8 days later and was told I would get a refund. I called that night to cancel the order I was rudely told the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. Apparently the store got a big order and decided mine was not important. We waited 2 hours for the delivery that never came. I am beyond disappointed with your company. I have gone round and round over this order.
